Welcome to the OUTSTE(A)M in Action: Let's STE(A)M MOOC
This MOOC will support Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and primary school educators to deepen their understanding of STE(A)M education, enhance their teaching strategies and strengthen their curiosity for nature, creativity, and a love for lifelong learning!
By using the OUTSTE(A)M toolkit, educators will learn to effectively integrate STE(A)M concepts in their approaches both in indoor and outdoor settings. Through the toolkit’s practical examples, and the insights of the Scientix Ambassadors that created the OUTSTE(A)M Learning Scenarios, educators will be supported as they design and implement engaging STE(A)M lessons and inspire pupils to explore STE(A)M careers.
Finally, the MOOC will facilitate the creation of a community of educators from across Europe and beyond, encouraging networking, idea-sharing, and collaboration.
You can follow the course at your own pace. We will open one module at the beginning of each week, and there are only a few deadlines you need to pay attention to (those for the activities and/or the peer-review activity).
Join us in the Facebook group or share your thoughts on Twitter/X using the hashtag #OUTSTEAMMOOC.
